Rachel House Children’s Hospice, CHAS
Rachel House in Kinross provides a warm environment for children with life-shortening conditions and their families. More than just a care facility, it offers a place filled with comfort, colour, and compassion, ensuring every child and family who visits feels supported during some of their most challenging times.
To showcase CHAS’s important work, we planned, captured, and produced Google Maps Virtual Tours for Rachel House and Robin House Children’s Hospice, highlighting the wide range of rooms and accessible outdoor spaces, from cosy lounge areas to specialist sensory suites and hydrotherapy rooms.

Support for families at Rachel House Children’s Hospice
CHAS and its children’s hospices offer a place of rest, comfort, and care. Nestled close to Loch Leven, in Kinross, the hospice provides short breaks and day visits for children with life-shortening conditions and their families to spend precious time together. From its hydrotherapy room and large accessible garden to quiet spaces for reflection and bereavement support, Rachel House is designed to create moments of joy, relaxation, and peace.
The care at Rachel House is as unique as the children and families who visit. Working closely with other health and social care teams, CHAS offers seamless support from diagnosis through to bereavement and beyond.
Staff and volunteers are dedicated to meeting each family’s needs, wishes, and choices, whether that involves playful activities, specialised medical support, or simply providing a comforting presence during difficult times.
