Our mission

Connect brands and customers through immersive experiences.

Virtual tours are helping businesses connect with their audiences like never before. A tour lets customers see inside before stepping through the door, quickly breaking down any barriers and showcasing what you offer with digital experiences.

Whether we’ve been riding segways or climbing tree tops, the attention-grabbing tours we’ve launched are getting businesses noticed, with increased engagement and a measurable ROI.

We’re a friendly bunch, and we’d love to chat.

Say hello!

Our virtual story

For almost two decades, Alex, Drew and Nathan have worked together on numerous projects, helping businesses across all sectors drive growth through a combination of creative services; branding, marketing, photography, and video production.

In early 2025, an opportunity presented itself to pull the strengths of three together into one brand, and Vega 360 the virtual tour company was launched!

Why Vega 360? Vega is the brightest star in the northern constellation of Lyra, and, in July 1850, it became the first star (other than our Sun) to be photographed. [wiki]

It is this link to photography, the brightness in our creativity, and our revolutionary customer-centric approach to deliver out-of-this-world virtual tours that we carry the name, Vega 360!

Oh, and we also liked playing Street Fighter when we were kids!

FAQs

Questions people ask a virtual tour company

Having planned and produced over 200 virtual tours across Scotland, we’ve heard them all. Here are our most frequently asked questions.

  • You’ve heard the old adage, how long is a piece of string, right?

Pricing a virtual tour depends on several factors. The primary one is the size of your space being captured, followed by any complexities in the tour walkthrough that need to be considered, and lastly any additional features you may like to include in your tour.

We can also capture and produce your virtual tour in multiple technologies.

To help give you a ballpark, however, we created three starter packages for our virtual tours which you can find on the following pages.

  • The time it takes to plan, capture and produce a virtual tour depends on the size of your space and the complexity of your virtual tour, along with any features you might like to include.

Smaller tours can typically be captured in a couple of hours and created in a day or two, while larger spaces may take a day or more just to capture and weeks to produce.

Once we have a plan of your space, we’ll be able to provide you with a quote and project schedule.

  • Yes. Well, probably! We’ll provide you with the embed code ready to copy and paste into your website. The embed code is an iframe, and you should check that your website allows for these elements to be used.

If you require assistance getting your business virtual tour on your website, we can help, if you are happy to provide access to your content management system or website hosting package.

  • Our studio is proudly based in Dundee, Scotland, but we are happy to join you for projects across the UK – and abroad if the opportunity presents itself!

  • A virtual tour can boost your business by increasing online visibility, improving customer engagement, and building trust.

Whether it’s a Google Street View Tour or a Matterport 3D Tour walkthrough, digital experiences let potential customers explore your space from anywhere in the world at any time of the day. This helps drive more traffic to your site, increase bookings or sales, and improve your search engine rankings. In short, this professional virtual tour company can make your business more discoverable and more memorable!

  • A Google Maps Virtual Tour (also called Google Street View) is a 360° walkthrough published directly on your Google Business Profile, ideal for improving local SEO and attracting customers searching in the area.

A Matterport 3D Tour, on the other hand, is a fully interactive digital twin of your space with advanced navigation, detailed floor plans, and optional features like measurement tools. It’s ideal for commercial buildings, estate agents, property development, science and education, and more.

At Vega 360, we offer both, and can help you choose the best type of virtual tour to meet your specific goals.

  • To get the best results for your business 360 tour, make sure your space is:

    • Clean and tidy. First impressions count!
    • Check sensitive materials. Don’t leave usernames and passwords around!
    • Set up exactly as you want it to appear. We capture everything as-is!
    • Check people’s schedules. Unless part of the tour, try to choose a time where people aren’t coming and going.

At Vega 360, we strive to be the best virtual tour company we can be, and we’ll guide you through every step, including sending over a pre-shoot checklist so that you’re fully prepared on the day.

  • Absolutely. Your interactive virtual tour, once embedded on your website, can include clickable hotspots, pop-up descriptions, photos, videos, links to product pages, or calls to action (CTAs). We call them Tour Hotspots.

These tour hotspots turn your tour into an engaging marketing tool, perfect for e-commerce, exhibitions, galleries, retail spaces, and educational environments.

We customise every tour to suit your business goals and audience.

  • Hiring a professional virtual tour company (like us!) can significantly elevate your brand’s online presence. While DIY tools exist to create your own 360 tour, the quality and end results you get from a specialist virtual tour company are on a different planet!

As an experienced virtual tour company in the UK, we bring technical expertise, creative direction, and the latest tech! We have high-resolution 360° cameras, cutting-edge LiDAR 3D scanners, and we produce our tours in Google and Matterport’s latest software packages. From small shops to large commercial sites, we deliver immersive virtual experiences that drive real business results.

Working with a dedicated virtual tour company also means you’ll receive end-to-end support, from initial planning and on-site capture to custom features, post-production, and hosting solutions.

  • When choosing a virtual tour studio, look for one that offers both creative ideas and a clear understanding of virtual tour technology, as well as a team that you can work with!

Key things to consider include the quality of their portfolio, experience with Google Street View or producing a Matterport virtual tour, the ability to enhance your tour with interactive features, and a company that offers great service and technical support.

At Vega 360, we’re a leading virtual tour company that is trusted by clients across the UK because we deliver high-quality virtual content, on time and on brand, and we’re with them every step of the way, from planning to delivery.

  • At the moment, we are a 360 virtual tour company sticking to shooting tours on the ground!

However, we are a Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) registered studio and offer drone photography and videography that can be used in bespoke 360 virtual tour hotspots to create great-looking virtual tours or promotional videos with that high-impact perspective from the sky.

Our drone services allow us to capture elevated panoramic photography, still photography, and video of your location, buildings, and staff, whether you’re a new business, established tourist attraction, or running event spaces across the UK.

  • As a leading UK 360 photography studio, passionate about designing for all, every virtual tour production we launch is delivered to be accessible through modern browsers and technologies.

Additional bespoke accessibility features are possible using hotspots, interactive 360 virtual tour layers that can include easy-to-use navigation systems and additional information that improve accessibility.

Virtual tours allow anyone, from anywhere in the world, at any time, seamless access to your business. Whether they find you through google streetview, visiting a feature-rich Matterport 3D tour privately hosted on your website, or an virtual reality (VR) experience, everyone will be delighted with the tour.
